Booking Terms & Conditions
The following terms apply to every reservation made at Hotel Second Home. By confirming a booking, you agree to these policies.

Advance Payment Policy
- An advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.
- All advance payments are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

Full Payment Before Check-in
- Guests must pay the remaining balance for their entire stay before check-in.
- Check-in will only be permitted after full payment has been received.

Date Change Policy
- Booking dates may be changed only if the request is submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
- Requests received less than 72 hours before check-in cannot be accommodated.
- All date changes are subject to room availability and management approval.

Booking Duration
- Once a reservation is confirmed, the number of booked nights cannot be reduced or extended.
- The booking will remain valid only for the original dates confirmed at the time of reservation.

Early Check-out
- If a guest checks out before the scheduled departure date for any reason, including emergencies, no refund, credit, or adjustment will be provided for the unused nights.

Check-in Policy
- Check-in is permitted only after the full outstanding payment has been received.
- Guests must present a valid original government-issued identification document at check-in.
Management Rights
Second Home Hotel Management reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
